In this two-hour workshop, Helina guides us through how to create her two favorite authentic Ethiopian dishes for your fall dinner table.

Explore: Tikel Gomen (cabbage minced with turmeric) and Ethiopian BeefTibs with East African spices.

Learn how to use an exclusive berbere seasoning that comes from Ethiopia, as well as working with Mitmita, laden with the fiery heat of African bird’s eye chilies.
